Wod: These are the courses, they are generally composed of a warm-up, followed by a technical session and finally a Wod (Workout Of Day). Supervised courses of a coach
Free Access: Free access to the box, also called Open Box. Reserved for practitioners for more than 6 months at a steady pace
Competiteurs: An access is reserved to the competitors in the box, so that they follow their own programming, or a special programming of a coach.
Fondation: Beginner oriented course, to learn the basics and fundamental movements of Crossfit. Supervised courses of a coach
